Penn Medicine Internal Communications is the centralized employee communications arm for the health system and works closely with public relations, government relations, publications, and marketing to inform, educate, and engage a diverse workforce of more than 40,000. We maintain a robust back-end operation including distribution list management, content organization, and asset maintenance. 

My role is primarily aligned to support the Penn Medicine Academy (PMA), which is a multidisciplinary group charged with helping our internal clients implement and sustain their change initiatives that align with the health system's strategic priorities. Comprised of change management, patient experience, learning solutions, talent management and leadership development, the work spans 11 entities across a dispersed regional footprint.  

My ever-evolving portfolio includes strategic communications consulting, communications plan design, content development, client management and editorial oversight of our contributions toward the health system's main news outlet.
